1. Returns
- Our policy accepts returns up to 60 days after receiving the order.
- Returned items must include all original packaging, instructions, and accessories in good condition with no damage or excessive wear. Missing or damaged components may result in a deduction from your refund.
- Note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees and the shipment must be trackable.
- Following receiving the return ABL will inspect the return to ensure compliance with our policies.
- Please contact Customer Care before any return are made.
2. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
3. Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled or changed until they are shipped.
