1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- You will not be charged for any shipping charges on your order. AuroraBeautyLabs have FREE SHIPPING.
- Delivery times vary based the good selected. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while expedited shipping options may be available for faster delivery.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- AuroraBeautyLabs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping, if applied, are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages
- AuroraBeautyLabs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Customer Care to file a claim.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping Policy
- We currently only ship to UAE, Oman, KSA and Qatar.

- We may update our shipping policy from time to time in order to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
9. Pre-order items
Pre-ordered items are not available for immediate shipping at the time of purchase. The shipping timelines for pre-orders are detailed in the product description and your confirmation email.
